Out on the street, there are no rules. You could face someone bigger, faster, stronger, or with a weapon.
That's what Integrated Martial Arts is all about: preparing you for the REAL world.
It's not a sport, and we limit ourselves to nothing. If there's a technique out there that will help keep you safe - we integrate it into our program..
This is about safety first. So if no-nonsense, authentic self-defense is what you're looking for, you've found it.
Because it combines so many powerful styles - Integrated Combat Arts can adapt to anything. If your opponent is heavy and strong, or small and fast, you?ll be able to keep up with them and stay safe
ICA breaks down real self defense into 6 basic areas: Kicking, Hand techniques, Close quarter (clinch) techniques, Grappling, weapons, and multiple opponents.
Each martial art that we pull from has proven itself to be the most effective in the area of fighting that it specializes in. For example, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the best in grappling, but Boxing is better for striking, Kickboxing and Karate are better for kicking and Muay Thai is better for close quarter clinching, etc.
So rather than just specialize in one area of self defense, we cover them all.
Many different "self defense" programs have Instructors who take a weekend long certification course and then claim to be qualified
You won't find that here.
Our instructors Bill Craig, Jaime DoVale and Tom Curcio have been studying martial arts / self-defense for more than 85 years combined, each having multiple Black Belts and certifications in some of the most effective fighting systems known to man.
Don't risk your safety. Train with true professionals.
The movements of Integrated Combat Arts will challenge you to build your current muscles - as well as develop entirely new sets of muscle groups. This will help you become stronger, more stable, and more coordinated.
But the training builds endurance too. Powerful conditioning drills work your body from head to toe, getting you leaner, more powerful, and more energized.
You'll feel stronger and more alive after the first few sessions.
Mastering these techniques takes practice and concentration. By focusing so intently on each new technique - your overall ability to focus and concentrate will enhance. You'll feel sharper and more mentally agile, and it'll help you in all areas of your life.
Integrated Combat Arts truly is a powerful art. Not just physically - but mentally and spiritually, too.
If this turns out to not be the right program for you-we'll give you your money back so you can invest in another program to help you with your fitness and health goals.
